Our talented catering manager will help coordinate your reception by offering suggestions for vendors and helping with the design of the event. Our hotel can provide backdrops, special lighting, audio/visual equipment, and premium linens. If you choose, we can also arrange for the ceremony to take place at the hotel.
A great benefit to hosting your wedding at the DoubleTree is being able to reserve accommodations for you guests. Most wedding venues in Chicago don’t have that capability. At the DoubleTree the bride and groom will receive a complimentary suite with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. A bride’s room and groom’s room are also included without an additional charge. We can set aside a block of rooms for your guests at a discounted rate as well.
